Work that stays close to each child's day
At our kindergarten at 4-2-20 Takasu, Urayasu City, we value attentive care that notices small changes in each child from morning reception until just before dismissal. Sharing in their successes and supporting them without rushing ahead when they face difficulty brings a sense of calm and security to every day.
To keep the same calm atmosphere in the classroom, on the playground, and even at the handwashing area, communication among staff is essential. In the gentle environment of Shin-Urayasu, this is work that carefully supports the foundations of daily life.
Care That Connects Learning and Daily Life
With the goal of building a foundation for international awareness, we connect classroom learning and play in a natural way. We enroll 60 children in the 3-year program, 30 in the 2-year program, and 30 in the 1-year program, and we place great importance on working with each child while closely observing their individual progress.
As shown by events such as the Summer PREP Class on June 30, 2026 and the Parent-Child Experience Class on June 9, there are ongoing opportunities to connect with families even before enrollment. The ability to communicate calmly and clearly not only with children but also with parents supports the trust of the entire kindergarten.

What a Working Day Looks Like
Responsibilities in a childcare setting change by the hour, and the kind of attention required also changes from one moment to the next. Rather than special event production, the focus is on carefully building up the basics that repeat every day.

STEP 1
Morning Reception
We receive children's expressions and any changes in their condition at drop-off, and calmly set the tone for the start of the day. Brief conversations with parents are also an important handoff.
STEP 2
Preparing and Observing Activities
We arrange the environment so classroom learning, playground play, and daily routines such as handwashing connect naturally. We do not rush children's challenges, and we only step in when needed.
STEP 3
Sharing and Reflection
We review the day's events among staff and organize what should be shared with parents. Small updates that do not carry over to the next day help keep the kindergarten stable.
